Candice Burningham​
Candice is a fearless and outspoken advocate for the admin profession, renowned for challenging the status quo to champion fair pay, respect, and global recognition for admins. With over 20 years of experience supporting CEOs and Presidents, Candice has leveraged her expertise to become a global speaker, podcast co-host, and dedicated activist for the profession.​
In 2023, Candice acquired The Admin Collective, merging it with Jessica’s The Tech Savvy Assistant in 2025 under the new parent company The Future Focused Admin. This strategic move reinforced their shared vision of building a global community for admins, equipping them to thrive in an ever-evolving professional landscape.​
